This system is the most popular for all type of buildings including some low sloped roofs. The membrane is glued down to the insulation, which is attached with mechanical fasteners, stress plates and/or adhesives. A great system for maintenance ensuring the most from your investment.
In this system the EPDM is loose laid and held in place with a rock ballast. This is a fast method of installation used on buildings that can carry the extra weight. It is economical but is not as easy to maintain as the totally adhered system.
This a lightweight roof system for buildings where the roof decking provides enough pull-out resistance for the fasteners. Sheets of insulation are laid out on the roof system and then either adhered or mechanically fastened with insulation plates and fasteners to the roof decking. EPDM sheets are then laid out to cover the insulation.
The 2001 Company Wind Vented System uses Equalizer Valves to turn your flat roof into a breathing roof. The more the wind blows, the more your roof's single-ply membrane is "vacuum-packed" against the building itself. When the wind dies down, the valves then breathe out any moisture that has been trapped under the roof's membrane.
