Administrative Assistant Position

Job description:

We are a family-owned company that has been in business since 1952. We are a smaller office team, so reliability is key to this role. The ideal candidate will exhibit attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative to complete and prioritize daily tasks.

​

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and field phone calls from a multi-line phone system.

  • Date entry based on phone call information.

  • Type up proposals, contracts & forms.

  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol.

  • General office duties

  • More to be discussed during interview process.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask.
